The 1998 page

Rendering of the original 1998 QueensWest.com page template

The earliest page in Jason’s files is the server-side-include template the site launched with: sections for the Neighborhood, Citylights (FAQ, pictures, discussion), Discussions, Classifieds, Help, About and Links, and a footer reading “QueensWest.com is a production of Digital Wild Fire, Content Copyright 1998.” By 2001 the footer read “Blue Wild Fire.”

Rendered in 2026 from the original files; the images that were missing from the folder are left blank.

Advertising rate sheets

QueensWest.com was paid for by local sponsors. The rate sheets record what the site offered and how it described its audience (for example, the 2009 sheet quotes January 2009 traffic of over 12,000 unique visitors and 2,500 registered members). They are shown as history only; no client or billing records are published.
