New to QueensWest.com is the Galaxy page which is an overview of the new condo development on the corner of 50th Ave and 5th street.

"It will be a 5 story elevator building with ground floor parking. The parking will be for lease only! Each owner will have a reserved spot and the parking garage will not allow outside people to use the facility. The building will have a 5,000 sq ft roof deck which will be over looking the city. The landscaped roof deck will have cabanas and an outdoor shower for everyone to use. The building will have wireless internet which will be accessible from the roof deck. Every unit will have a custom made wooden fixture outside each front door for, umbrellas, shoes, etc... The hallways will have treated tiles and stainless steel on the walls to give it a modern feel. The building will have digital cameras throughout. Each floor will have a trash compactor. The building will also be landscaped through out. We will have a super that comes 7 days a week for a few hours to take care of daily maintenance."
