A part of the every growing park areas in Long Island City, the next major area was opened last Wednesday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The new park features a huge lawn, hammocks, a concession stand, Adirondack chair areas and a marsh area for birds. We had a chance to visit a few times of the weekend and were stunned at the quality and beuety of the whole park. A great new edition to the area.
