The second Queens West building. In 2001 QueensWest.com wrote that “the Riverview is the next building to be built as part of the larger Queens West plans. It started construction in December of 2000 and is set to begin occupancy in February 2002.”

It will be about 32 stories tall and will be about 372 rental units and a 130 car parking garage. The Riverview will be linked with a senior citizen residence of 80 apartments which is going to be developed by the NY Foundation for Senior Citizens. (2001)

The Avalon Riverview will be a rental building and from the Press Release of December 12th, 2000 "Monthly average stabilized rents per home are expected to be approximately $2,960." (2001)
