A Quick Overview of New Buildings
There are a lot of new buildings go up in and around the neighborhood as written about in a <a href="/citylights/discussion/00003131">recent article</a> so here is a quick break down.

- Avalon Riverview North: 602 rental units on Parcel 9, 5th street and 48th Ave.
- Rockrose Tower: 500 rental units open in late 2006
- Silvercup: 1,000 units plus 1.5 million square feet of production studios
- River East: 900 condos plus commercial
- Power House: 190 (400?) condos plus commercial space. On sale fall 2005
- JCE Construction: 11 condos at 50th ave /5th street plus another on 5th street
- Henzt-Dor Real Estate: 24 unites at 10-30 Jackson Ave and 34 unites at 12-01 Jackson Ave
